The Ooto Life Platform offers a matchmaking service that enables users to offer, and book services. Users who offer services are “Hosts” and users who search for, book, or use services are “Guests.” Hosts offer office accommodations (“Spaces”), excursions and events (“Experiences”), and a variety of other services. As the provider of the Ooto Life Platform, Ooto Life does not own, control, offer or manage any of the Listings or Services.
Ooto Life is not a party to the contracts concluded directly between Hosts and Guests, nor is Ooto Life a real estate broker, or an insurer (EU) 2015/2302. Ooto Life is not acting as an agent in any capacity for any Member, except as specified in the Payments Terms of Service (“Payment Terms”).
Please register an account to access and use Ooto Life, note that your information must be kept up to date and accurate. If you Host, you are responsible for understanding and complying with all laws, rules, regulations and contracts with third parties that apply to your Host Services.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding legal agreement between you and Ooto Life to regulate your use of the website and associated application. When used in these Terms, “Ooto Life,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to the Ooto Life entity set out on Schedule 1.
